Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Officer – Liability Sales will work under the Direct Sales Executive team. The primary goal is to acquire and grow the bank’s deposit portfolio by attracting customers and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and grow the branch’s deposit portfolio by targeting individual retail clients, salaried professionals, SMEs, traders, and institutions.
- Mobilize new CASA (Current and Savings Account) and Term Deposit (TD) accounts.
- Focus on generating low-cost and sustainable deposits to support branch growth.
- Achieve individual targets on deposit products and services on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collect and process applications with all required documents from potential customers.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to the Sales Team Manager.
- Ensure all customer application forms are properly filled and verified.
- Collect documents and verify their authenticity from respective clients.
- Maintain a professional relationship with each client to ensure high-quality service as per the bank’s policy.
